New room path, truth or theory???

Hey there, I know now posts until 2010, but, I found out a secret theory... Have you ever went to the Agency Street, and seen the way you can't walk through at the right?

Amazing but not impossible, check out where the new room will be located:

Right to the right (lol xD) of the Mission Agency. Will this passway lead to the new room? The question remains. We'll know it soon!
